Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to promote SPY fluorescence imaging systems in hospitals, driving adoption and procedure volume in collaboration with Endoscopy Sales Representatives. The role targets OR personnel, surgeons, and hospital administrators.

Top candidates will have a drive for earning potential and a proven track record in medical sales, with strong presentation and relationship skills, and willingness to travel (>50%).

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of selling experience, medical related sales preferred.
• Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons, OR staff and hospital administration.
• Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells SPY fluorescence imaging system in hospitals to achieve sales goals.
• Educates doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of SPY technology across surgeon specialties.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Develops strong relationships with Core Endoscopy Sales Representatives in assigned region and collaborates with them.
• May assist in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Keeps Regional Manager informed of territory progress.
