Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Breast Care Sales Representative to promote SPY fluorescence imaging systems in hospitals and drive procedure volume. You will educate clinicians across OR staff, build clinical credibility, and collaborate with Endoscopy teams while supporting DermACELL applications in reconstruction.

Travel up to 20% is typical for territory coverage. The role requires 1–5 years of medical sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills; travel (>50%)

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of selling experience with a proven track record; medical sales strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the operating room environment preferred.
• Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administration.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Travel required depending upon territory coverage (>50%).

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells SPY fluorescence imaging system’s customer base in hospitals to achieve sales goals.
• Educates doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of SPY technology.
• Become a clinical expert across all imaging platforms and industry trends.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Develops strong relationships with regional Endoscopy sales reps and collaborates with them.
• May assist in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Keeps Regional Manager informed of territory progress.
• Solves product problems expeditiously for customers.
• May assist in training sales personnel.
• Sell DermACELL dermal grafts in hospitals for reconstructive applications.
