Secur-Serv is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide clinical IT support for physicians, residents, and nurses in Paragon and Athena EMR systems. The role focuses on end-user assistance, desktop support, and incident escalation in a fast-paced medical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of helpdesk experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk phone and remote support for end-users.
• Provide desktop support (hardware & software) on-site.
• Monitor servers and escalate clinical application incidents as needed.
• Perform software installations and upgrades as required.
• Use ticketing systems to track and manage issues.
• Assist in maintaining security controls related to the helpdesk function.
