Job summary

USA Health System is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to support the user community by resolving hardware, software, and EMR-related issues. You will provide first-level assistance by phone, email, or chat and document problems in the ticketing system.

Responsibilities include analyzing user problems, guiding through solutions, assisting training, and ensuring timely escalation when needed. Regular attendance and adherence to infection control standards are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience. Substitute with studies beyond high school on a year-for-year basis.
• An Associate's Degree with IT focus and EMR experience preferred.
• Comparable education/experience may substitute for above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software problems for end users.
• Provide first-level support via phone, email, or chat.
• Document issues and escalate when needed using the ticketing system.
• Assist in educating end users and staff on first-level support.
• Adhere to Infection Control and Safety Standards.
