Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL seeks a Clinical Engineering, Business Office Coordinator to provide system-wide HTM logistics, process purchase requisitions, reconcile invoices, and support clerical duties. You will be the front-line voice for clinicians and site staff, handling service requests, vendor scheduling, and order status updates.

You will train colleagues, assist with AP vendor vetting, and ensure purchasing compliance with policies while maintaining timely flow of work across sites,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, accounting, or related field, or 5+ years in a healthcare office environment.
• 5+ years healthcare office experience may substitute for the degree.
• Proficient with CMMS work-order systems, SharePoint, and invoicing apps; proficient with Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch customer service requests through CMMS and by phone, monitor resource availability.
• Process HTM purchase requisitions for services and non-parts goods into purchase orders with proper approvals.
• Route parts requests to the Parts Coordinator and manage sourcing and inventory coordination.
• Train colleagues on intake, dispatch, and order-status processes; provide updates to requestors.
• Support Accounts Payable vetting of new vendors and ensure HTM purchasing complies with policies.
• Enter invoices and service reports into the AP system; reconcile against PO lines and receipts.
• Document variances and elevate issues; provide data updates in SharePoint and CMMS.
• Compile reports, coordinate meetings, and assist with event logistics as needed.
