Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Engineering Operations to supervise CE technicians at Edward Hospital and other sites in the Chicago area. You will manage daily repair, preventive maintenance, and service activities, ensuring equipment uptime and compliance across a multi-site portfolio.

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Computer Science, or Biomedical Equipment Technology.
• 5 years CE experience with multiple classes of medical equipment; 3+ years in a lead/supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day supervision of repair, preventive maintenance and service activities for CE technicians at Endeavor hospitals.
• Assigns scheduled and unscheduled work; manages technician schedules and performance.
• Owns equipment service quality and uptime; primary CE contact for clinical customers and site leadership.
• Controls budget related to equipment inventories and service activities.
• Ensures regulatory and accreditation standards compliance for the CE program.
• Collaborates with clinical/operational staff to improve operations and resource management.
• Mentions issues and provides actionable recommendations to leaders for quick resolution.
• Directs team design and development of work; coaches and develops team members.
