Responsibilities include leading site operations, overseeing inspections, and guiding technicians toward continuous improvement within a compliant, patient‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical engineering operations to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee staffing allocation, budgeting, and vendor management to support the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP).
• Direct Joint Commission inspections and ensure regulatory compliance across services.
• Develop technicians and maintain relationships with hospital executives and customers.
• Coordinate service contracts, inventory, and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and work with leadership to implement corrective actions.
