Job summary

TRIMEDX in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Site Manager Clinical Engineering to lead clinical engineering initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure regulatory compliance of MEMP.

You will develop associates, coach technicians, and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives and external customers while driving continuous improvement across site operations and account management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a clinical engineering or equivalent environment with proven business acumen and ability to develop others.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Ability to manage day-to-day site operations.
• Ability to perform financial analysis and manage budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and staff to deliver service excellence.
• Manage service contracts and allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead Joint Commission readiness and regulatory compliance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance metrics across the site.
• Develop and mentor Supervisors and Technicians to build leadership depth.
