Qualifications

• 2+ years with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering setting.
• Experience leading or guiding teams.
• Technical/electronics focus; degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day: align staffing, priorities, and resources so service never slips.
• Lead a team that delivers: coach technicians, guide performance, and build accountability.
• Turn insight into action: use KPIs and data to fix inefficiencies and improve operations.
• Be the partner hospitals trust: solve problems, manage vendors, and ensure readiness for every inspection.
