Job summary

Trimedx, LLC is seeking a senior leader to own the clinical engineering operation across multi-site locations. You will manage budgets, drive performance, and lead teams to elevate uptime and compliance while partnering with hospital leadership for inspections and strategic outcomes.

The role requires financial acumen, a relevant engineering degree, and a track record of driving operational excellence in healthcare environments.

Qualifications

5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).
Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.
Experience requirements will be waived for graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.

Responsibilities

Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time.
