Job summary

Trimedx is seeking an Operations Leader, Clinical Engineering to lead clinical engineering initiatives, optimize the Medical Equipment Management Plan, and oversee staffing, budgets, and vendor relations at a hospital site.

You will direct Joint Commission inspections, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor technicians, and collaborate with hospital executives and TriMedx central office to drive improvements and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and direct technicians and staff.
• Manage contracts, resources, and budget with KPI tracking.
• Ensure Joint Commission inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and mentor team, drive continuous improvement.
