Trimedx seeks a proven leader to own a clinical engineering operation, guiding performance, people, and patient impact across sites. You’ll shape strategy, partner with hospital executives, and drive readiness for inspections and regulatory expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical engineering leadership, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and demonstrated financial and operational acumen to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).

Responsibilities

• Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
• Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
• Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
• Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time.
