Job summary

Trimedx Holdings is seeking a senior clinical engineering leader to oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance. You will build and mentor teams, translate metrics into actionable improvements, and partner with hospital executives to ensure readiness for every inspection.

You will lead from the front, taking accountability for outcomes and driving uptime, compliance, and service quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).
• Technical certifications preferred.
