Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking an Operations Leader in Clinical Engineering to drive client service and efficiency by managing the Medical Equipment Management Plan. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and vendor relations while coordinating with hospital executives and performing Joint Commission inspections.

You will develop technicians and lead continuous improvement initiatives, with on-site daily presence and up to 25% travel to ensure KPI targets and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Electronics-related technical discipline or equivalent military training preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES or CCE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage program execution of the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP).
• Oversee staffing, budget control, and vendor management.
• Direct Joint Commission inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop technicians and communicate with hospital executives and TriMedx.
• Oversee on-site operations, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
• Handle contract recommendations, and participate in environment of care and planning committees.
• Travel up to 25% may be required; on-site presence daily during operations.
