Job summary

TRIMEDX in Longview, WA is seeking a Site Manager, Clinical Engineering to lead clinical engineering initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and serve as liaison between hospital executives and TRIMEDX.

You will direct Joint Commission inspections, ensure MEMP compliance, and drive performance improvements across service contracts, inventory, and staffing. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical engineering or equivalent environment.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a technological field.
• Technical certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and provide direction to others.
• Manage Joint Commission inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Develop associates and mentor technicians and supervisors.
• Manage service operations, contracts, and resources.
• Achieve site KPIs and budget targets.
