Job summary

NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island is seeking a Logistics Coordinator-Clinical Engineering to join our team on a full-time basis. This role monitors service contracts, tracks invoices, and coordinates daily CE operations to ensure accountability and alignment with hospital goals.

You will liaise with vendors, prepare performance reports, and support asset management, including maintenance checklists, device alerts, and recalls as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Management and problem solving skills required; ability to initiate/review contracts and work independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth contract transitions and payments.
