NYU Langone Health is a premier integrated health system seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to support Perioperative Services, EP Lab, Cath Lab, and Radiology inventory control. The role focuses on maintaining accurate par levels, optimizing consignment usage, and ensuring timely supplies for critical procedures.

You will assist in monitoring stock movement, coordinating with Nursing leadership, and driving efficiency in purchasing and inventory processes while aligning with regulatory

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare-related field.
• 1 year OR/supply chain/supply management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate re-ordering, restocking, and reconciliation of supplies based on par levels and consignment agreements.
• Create requisitions for implants and supplies for operating/procedural rooms (Bill Only POs; Consignment Orders; Manual/Rush; Special Requests; No Charge POs).
• Verify vendor consignment replenishment requests and ensure receipts on POs.
• Generate patient supply requests for implants (consigned & non-consigned) per Inventory Control Board.
• Maintain invoices, packing slips, and receipts for all consignment purchase orders.
• Establish vendor appointments and manage inventory/vendor relations within Vendormate.
• Perform monthly/quarterly inventory, reconciliations, item updates, recalls, backorders; communicate issues and substitutes.
• Produce analytical reports to leadership to improve department performance.
• Demonstrate resource optimization and time management; provide training/in-services on new products and procedures.
