Job summary

NYU Langone Health in New York, NY is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to support perioperative services and radiology inventory. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate re-ordering, re-stocking, and discrepancy reconciliation based on par levels and consignment agreements.
• Create requisitions for implant use in operating rooms (Bill Only POs, Consignment Orders, Manual/Rush requisitions).
• Verify vendor consignment replenishment requests using on-hand inventory and OR usage.
• Maintain invoices, packing slips, and ensure receipts for purchase orders related to consignments.
• Perform inventory functions with vendor reps (monthly/quarterly counts, recalls, backorders).
• Communicate backorders/recalls with Nursing Leadership and CSCM leadership; generate analytical reports.
