Navitus Health Solutions in Denver seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) team. This role delivers telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination to advance adherence and patient engagement within program guidelines.

The Specialist reports to the Supervisor, CEC Operations and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely access to medications and resources while maintaining compliant,

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification; State Pharmacy Technician license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and support processes.
• Empathetic, patient-focused communication with diverse populations.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound communications with scripts and escalation protocols.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaboration within cross-functional teams to meet service levels and goals.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Professional and respectful interaction with coworkers.

Mansioni

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives within established protocols.
• Proactively outreach to improve engagement and program participation.
• Coordinate patient care for timely access to medications and therapy continuity.
• Collaborate with CEC team to ensure high-quality clinical services and outcomes.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence within protocols.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to access and connect members with resources.
• Apply sound professional judgment and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to protocols and regulatory requirements; escalate non-routine decisions.
• Complete workflows accurately and support department performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
