Job summary

The Columns Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to lead staff education and training initiatives. You will design, implement, and evaluate programs to ensure staff possess the knowledge and skills to deliver compassionate care to residents.

Ideal candidates have a BSN or related field with 2+ years in clinical or educational roles, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Masters is preferred for advanced education leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), Education, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a clinical or educational role within a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing staff education initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with certification and regulatory requirements.
