Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Learning Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical education experiences for nursing students. You will coordinate with campus leadership to ensure quality, compliance, and timely data reporting for clinical sites and faculty.

You will work closely with the Director of Clinical Learning, support adjunct faculty development, and align curriculum with learning outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with clinical partners.

Qualifications

• MSN or in progress with 2+ years of clinical education experience.
• Active RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report clinical experience data to support evaluation and planning.
• Support adjunct faculty development and evaluations.
• Assist with faculty placement, scheduling and policy compliance.
• Negotiate and maintain clinical site partnerships for student learning.
• Serve as campus liaison to clinical agencies for routine communications.
