Job summary

Santa Fe Care is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to plan, organize, and direct in-service education for all staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will develop training for new hires and ongoing staff, manage employee health programs, infection control, and coordinate with HR on orientation and continuing education to maintain competency.

Qualifications

• Requires RN or LPN license with nursing experience.

• Coordinate employee health programs (Hepatitis B vaccines, PPD checks).
• Serve as Infection Control Nurse reporting to Infection Control Officer and Administrator.
