Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and implementation of a comprehensive hospital educational plan for all nursing personnel.
• Designs, coordinates, and executes the facilities infection prevention and surveillance plan, including regulatory reporting.
• Drives quality improvement by conducting audits, gathering performance data, and formulating targeted action plans.
• Ensures continuous survey readiness and full compliance with regulatory requirements in alignment with Nursing Leadership.
