Santa Fe Care is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to plan, organize, and direct all in-service education programs across our facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards and supporting high-quality resident care.

The role requires RN or LPN licensure with 2–4 years of nursing experience and clinical training. You will partner with HR for new hire orientation, coordinate in-service training (including CNA hours), and supervise infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN (active license) required.
• Minimum 2–4 years nursing experience and clinical training.
• Plan, organize, and direct in-service education for all staff.
• Coordinate employee health tasks including Hep B vaccinations and PPD checks.
• Collaborate with HR for new hire orientation and ongoing education; ensure CNA in-service hours meet requirements.
