Responsibilities include accreditation activities, policy development, and maintaining fieldwork documentation, while guiding students and site supervisors through the fieldwork process.

Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.
• 5 years of experience in higher education.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation.
• Experience in clinical supervision.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (or other independent professional licensure by the applicant's state).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the initial accreditation process with CACREP and oversee fieldwork alignment.
• Develop the MS-CMHC program curriculum and assessment with faculty.
• Build partnerships with agencies for student fieldwork placements.
• Maintain fieldwork agreements between Herzing University and sites.
• Prepare sections of the accreditation candidacy related to fieldwork.
• Collaborate on program policies and share the Fieldwork Manual with students.
• Maintain curricular documents (catalog, manual, handbook, website, brochures).
• Provide training and ongoing communication to students and site supervisors.
• Evaluate student fieldwork placements for accreditation alignment.
• Oversee student progress and academic processes in fieldwork.
• Act as liaison with state licensing boards.
• Participate in school, college, and university-wide committees.
• All other duties as assigned.
