Job summary

Collaborate with program leadership and faculty on curriculum, policies, and accreditation activities, and manage fieldwork partnerships and student progress.

The position requires a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, 5 years in higher education, CACREP experience, and licensure

Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision is required.
• 5 years of experience in higher education.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation.
• Experience in clinical supervision.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent licensure by state.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CACREP accreditation processes for fieldwork components.
• Develop curriculum and assessment plans with MS-CMHC Program Chair and faculty.
• Develop and maintain fieldwork site partnerships and agreements.
• Oversee student fieldwork progress and academic processes.
• Serve as liaison with state licensing boards and participate in committees.
