ANNA is seeking a Clinical Director for a center-based role in Woburn, MA. You will lead a team delivering NDBI-based care to children 18 months to 6 years, supervising BCBAs and BTs and owning clinical quality, staffing, budgeting, and utilization.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, with a focus on clinical excellence, supervision, and growth within a clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ABA experience; 5+ years post-credential supervision for autism; MA LABA license active.
• Master's-level clinician; PhD preferred.
• Experience leading and supervising BCBAs/BTs.
• Extensive experience with children under 6.
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care.
• Comfort with budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and utilization management.
• Experience with insurance-based services and billing knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Own clinical quality of center by monitoring client progress and fidelity.
• Provide supervision to BCBAs and BTs ensuring high-quality services.
• Supervise assessments, intervention plans, and parent coaching.
• Monitor clinical documentation and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Coach and develop your clinical team.
