ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) seeks a Clinical Director for its MA center to lead clinical quality, supervise BCBAs and BTs, and ensure compassionate, evidence-based care for children 18 months to 6 years. The role blends clinical leadership with center operations—budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and growth initiatives—within a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming culture.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site responsibilities in Woburn, MA, with annual CEU

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of ABA experience, including 5+ years post-credential.
• Active MA LABA license or equivalent credential.
• Experience leading BCBAs and BTs in clinical settings.
• Extensive work with children under 6 and neurodiversity-affirming approach.
• Ability to own budget, staffing, scheduling, and utilization.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and BTs.
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and ensure evidence-based care.
• Oversee assessments, intervention plans, and parent coaching.
• Manage center operations, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing and training needs.
• Foster a collaborative, engaging work environment.
