Job summary

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) seeks a Clinical Director for its Massachusetts center in Woburn. You will lead clinical excellence, supervise BCBAs/BTs, and manage day-to-day operations for children aged 18 months to 6 years using NDBI methods.

You’ll drive center performance, oversee staffing and budgets, and partner with centralized teams to support clinical policy and family engagement. A strong clinical leader with operational chops is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ABA with 5+ years post-credential leadership or supervision.
• Massachusetts LABA license or equivalent credential in good standing.
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and utilization management.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical quality at the center by monitoring progress and fidelity to NDBI.
• Provide individual and group supervision of BCBAs and BTs.
• Manage center operations, budget, staffing, and utilization across teams.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Finance for center outcomes.
