ANNA center in Woburn, MA is seeking a Clinical Director (Center-Based) to lead a team of BCBAs and Behavior Therapists delivering NDBI-based care for children 18 months to 6 years. This on-site role combines clinical leadership with day-to-day operations.

You will oversee clinical quality, supervision, budgeting, staffing, and utilization, while ensuring compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming practice. Schedule is Monday–Friday, no nights or travel, with competitive salary and comprehensive

Qualificações

• 10+ years ABA experience with 5+ years post-credential leadership or supervision.
• Master's degree required; Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience supervising BCBAs/BTs and managing clinics.
• Experience with insurance-based services and billing.

Responsabilidades

• Own clinical quality and supervise BCBAs/BTs to ensure fidelity.
• Manage center operations: budgeting, staffing, scheduling, utilization.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and program development with leadership.
• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
