Job summary

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) seeks a Clinical Director (Center-Based) to lead a Massachusetts center in Woburn. You will oversee clinical excellence, day-to-day operations, and a team of BCBAs and BTs delivering NDBI-based care to children 18 months to 6 years, with a CEO-level ownership of the clinic.

The role blends clinical leadership with operations, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and utilization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ABA experience, 5+ years post-credential providing or supervising ABA services, with BCBA credential and MA LABA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical quality of the center by monitoring client progress, therapist fidelity, and clinical indicators.
