Job summary

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) seeks a Clinical Director for a center-based role in Woburn, MA. You’ll lead BCBAs and BTs delivering NDBI-based care to children 18 months to 6 years, with clinical excellence and operational ownership.

The position is 100% on-site, Monday–Friday, with base salary $115,000–$125,000 and annual bonus up to $3,000 plus a monthly performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits and a long-term growth path are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ABA experience with 5+ post-credential work.
• Massachusetts LABA license or equivalent credential in good standing.
• Master's-level clinician; Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience supervising BCBAs & BTs
• Extensive experience with children under 6 and neurodiversity-affirming care.
• Comfort owning budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and utilization management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for BCBAs and BTs.
• Own center-wide clinical quality, documentation, and ethics compliance.
• Supervise assessments, intervention plans, and parent coaching.
• Manage day-to-day operations: staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and facilities.
• Collaborate with leadership and Talent Acquisition for growth and training.
