ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) seeks a Clinical Director for our Massachusetts center. You will lead clinical quality, supervise BCBAs and BTs, and own day-to-day operations, including budgeting, staffing, and utilization, with relocation support to Woburn.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership with operational ownership, ensuring adherence to NDBI and neurodiversity-affirming care while driving growth and team development.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of ABA experience with supervision/leadership.
• 5+ years post-credential experience with autism services.
• Active MA LABA license or equivalent credential.
• Experience leading BCBAs and BTs.

• Own clinical quality, supervise staff, and manage clinic performance.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and utilization.
• Lead hiring and onboarding for center.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to clinical team.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
