Job summary
ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is seeking a Clinical Director (Center-Based) in a 100% on-site role at our Woburn, MA center. You will lead clinical excellence, supervise BCBAs and BTs, manage daily operations and budget, and drive center performance, all while delivering NDBI-based care to children ages 18 months to 6 years.
You will report to the Market Executive Director and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or travel.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of ABA experience with 5+ years post-credential work as BCBA/lead in ABA settings (MA LABA or equivalent)
- Master's level clinician; Ph.D. preferred
- Experience leading BCBAs and BTs in a clinical setting
- Extensive experience with children under 6 and neurodiversity-affirming practice
- Comfort owning budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and utilization management
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and Behavior Therapists
- Monitor client progress and adherence to NDBI methodology
- Oversee day-to-day operations, budget, staffing, and center utilization
- Coach and develop clinical staff, manage documentation and compliance
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Finance to hire and support center goals
- Create a safe, welcoming space for children and families
