Job summary

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) seeks a Clinical Director (Center-Based) to lead a Woburn, MA center. You'll own clinical excellence, day-to-day operations, and a team of BCBAs and BTs delivering NDBI-based care to children 18 months to 6 years. Relocation assistance is provided.

The role blends clinical leadership with operational ownership: budget, staffing, utilization, and supervision. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with no nights, weekends, or travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ABA experience, 5+ post-credential in autism services
• Massachusetts LABA license or equivalent
• Experience in clinical leadership and supervising BCBAs/BTs
• Experience with children under 6 and insurance billing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own clinical quality and supervision for center
• Provide supervision to BCBAs and BTs
• Mentor staff and oversee documentation and compliance
• Manage center operations, budgeting, staffing
