BrightSpring Health Services, via SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Roanoke, VA, seeks a licensed BCBA with a doctoral or master's in psychology or counseling to lead behavioral programs and supervise clinical staff.

You will design and oversee behavior analytic plans, conduct assessments, monitor KPIs, and participate in leadership meetings, while supporting budget goals and growth metrics. Direct behavioral treatment may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or master's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Three to five years of BCBA experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist State Director with review and updates of department materials and policies.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment and supervision of staff.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, assessments, and certification dates.
• Participate in on-call rotation for behavior issues and crises.
• Lead behavior analytic strategy implementation and supervise staff across locations.
