Qualifications

• Doctoral or master's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Three to five years of BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist State Director with review and updates of department materials such as manuals and policies.
• Provide direct supervision and monitoring of clinic assistants and schedulers across coverage locations.
• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide interpretations of results.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group and individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching.
• Model and train staff in Applied Behavior Analytic methodology.
• Participate in on-call rotation for behavior issues and monitor challenging behavior.
