Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the clinic, grow services, and mentor a team of BCBA professionals. You will oversee intake management, staff development, and program quality while maintaining a reduced caseload to focus on leadership and strategic decisions.

You will guide clinical operations, participate in interviews, and drive HIPAA-compliant processes with a patient-centered focus. Strong BCBA credentials and leadership track record required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst with clinic experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience guiding clinical programs and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage intakes for new patients, assign to BCBA staff, and review initial paperwork.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and monitor teammate performance.
• Conduct interviews for BCBA and BT/RBT positions and support onboarding.
