Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking a remote Hybrid Support BCBA to provide telehealth clinical supervision across multiple locations. The role emphasizes flexible leadership without a fixed full caseload and requires residency in the state of the caseload, with monthly in-person supervision.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure in the resident state as required.
• Minimum 1+ years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Experience with telehealth service delivery strongly preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to ABA programs across multiple locations.
• Support temporary and shared caseloads rather than maintaining a full caseload.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery and outcomes.
• Conduct virtual parent trainings and staff trainings with in-person supervision as needed.
• Review and provide feedback on treatment plans and progress reports.
• Travel to assigned locations at least monthly for in-person supervision and support.
• Assist with coverage needs, transitions, and center openings as needed.
• Ensure NC telehealth supervision complies with state requirements.
