Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the clinic, supervise BCBA staff, and manage intake processes. You will reduce caseload while guiding clinical teams, overseeing treatment plans, and driving growth. A passion for leadership and quality care is essential.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, staff development, and a supportive, collaborative environment for families and patients across the clinic network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field and BACB-approved coursework.
• Minimum 3 years as a practicing BCBA, preferably in a clinic setting.
• State license as required.
• Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
• Passion for growth, leadership, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage intakes for new patients, assign to BCBA staff and review initial paperwork.
• Support scheduling in coordination with clinical teams.
• Lead interviews for BT, RBT, and BCBA positions.
• Build relationships with teammates and families to foster collaboration.
• Apply OBM principles to create a positive work culture and maintain high performance.
