Bloomwell Autism Therapy in the United States seeks a BCBA Clinical Director to lead a clinic, shape programs and nurture teams. You will oversee intakes, staffing, and clinical quality while ensuring compassionate care for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Masters degree with BACB-approved ABA coursework.
• Minimum 3 years as a practicing BCBA, preferably in a clinic.
• State license where required.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Passion for building, growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic's financial health and operations.
• Manage intakes for new patients and assign to BCBAs.
• Support scheduling and front-line operations.
• Conduct interviews for BT, RBT, and BCBA roles.
• Build strong relationships with families and teammates.
• Apply OBM principles to foster a positive culture.
• Monitor BCBA treatment hours and time management.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and share feedback.
