Qualifications

• Master’s degree with BACB coursework alignment.
• Active BCBA certification or eligibility with near-term exam date.
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure quickly.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or related diagnoses.
• Strong collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality clinical care with comprehensive behavioral assessments and data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and staff.
• Analyze client progress data and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers to build engagement and ensure home/community adherence.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing clinical environment across Bloomwell.
