Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to support multi-site clinical trials. The role focuses on entering visit data into electronic data capture systems, reviewing charts for accuracy, and maintaining strict confidentiality in line with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma and at least 1 year of data entry experience, strong typing skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities to collaborate with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of clinical data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, email, and web-based tools.
• Ability to type 40+ wpm and maintain accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential and compliant manner (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Enter clinical visit data into EDC and other data systems.
• Review patient charts and medical records to ensure accurate data entry per eCRF guidelines.
• Report irregularities or problems with a study to the appropriate parties.
• Support other clinical research activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, ICF documentation, and GCP/GDP guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients, customers, and company information.
