Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is expanding its data management team to support diverse clinical trials. The Data Entry Coordinator ensures accurate entry of clinical visit data into EDC and other systems while upholding GCP, ICH, HIPAA, and SOP requirements.

You will review patient charts, report irregularities, and assist with related activities, handling sensitive information with integrity. This full-time role requires at least 1 year of data entry experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of clinical data entry experience or equivalent
• Comfort with electronic data capture (EDC) and data integrity practices
• Able to adhere to HIPAA, GCP, ICH and SOPs in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Enter patient data into EDC and other clinical data systems accurately
• Review charts and records to ensure timely, compliant data entry
• Report irregularities to appropriate parties and support related activities
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity according to SOPs
• Collaborate with study team and external partners as needed
• Maintain professional behavior and adapt to workload changes
