Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator for our Decatur, GA site. The role focuses on accurate data entry of clinical visit data into EDC and other systems, while ensuring adherence to GCP/IH, HIPAA, and regulatory SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of clinical data entry experience, strong typing (40+ wpm), excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year data entry experience.
• Proficiency with computer applications and 40+ wpm typing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter clinical visit data into EDC and other software systems.
• Review patient charts to ensure timely, accurate data entry.
• Report irregularities or problems to appropriate parties.
• Support other clinical research-related activities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per SOPs and HIPAA guidelines.
