Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to ensure accurate entry of clinical visit data into EDC and related systems. You will collaborate with site team members to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of clinical data entry experience, with strong typing (40+ wpm), organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical data entry experience.
• Proficiency with computer applications and ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm).
• Strong organizational and detail orientation are essential.
• Great written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient data into eDC and other data systems accurately and timely.
• Review charts and records to ensure data are entered per eCRF guidelines.
• Report irregularities or problems with a study to appropriate parties.
• Support other clinical research activities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, regulations, ICF documentation, and GCP/GDP guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients, customers, and company information.
