Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to ensure accurate entry of clinical visit data into EDC and other data systems in compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and SOPs.

You will review patient charts, support data management activities, and help maintain data quality and confidentiality across studies. A high school diploma and 1 year of clinical data entry experience are required, along with strong typing skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year of clinical data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and web applications; typing 40+ wpm.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Enter clinical visit data into EDC and other systems.
• Review patient charts and records for timely data entry.
• Report irregularities to appropriate parties.
• Support other clinical research activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, ICF, and GCP/GDP guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients and company information.
