Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking Clinical Counselors to support children, teens, and families through evidence-based practices in a collaborative setting.

You will conduct family and individual therapy, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Supervisory responsibilities may be available for LPC/MSW level clinicians as part of professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work from CACREP/CSWE accredited university.
• LCPC or LCSW licensure in Illinois.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal skills and individual therapy for children 5++, following clinical evaluation.
• Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and both short- and long-term interventions with individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families and coordinate with internal teams for coordinated care.
• Serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW level prepared team members.
