Clinical Concierge- NCT with MA/LVN - Allen

Works hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM

What you’ll do:

1. Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic.
2. Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members.
3. This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

What you’ll need:

1. H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
2. Completion of approved NCT training program Required
3. Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Required
4. Successful completion of a vocational nurse program Required
5. 6 Months Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care Required
6. 6 Months Previous x-ray experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program in lieu of experience Required
7. 6 Months Previous experience as licensed NCT Preferred
8. Previous experience with electronic health record Preferred
9. Previous experience with straight-arm x-ray Preferred
10. Previous orthopedic experience Preferred
11. NCT (Non-Certified Radiology Technician) Registered by the Texas Medical Board Upon Hire Required
12. LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas, if LVN Upon Hire Required
13. Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program if hired after 04/11/2022 Upon Hire Required
14. BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care Required
