Work hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM

What you’ll do:

1. Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic.
2. Assist with clinical functions including front and back-office duties, working closely with the provider and other clinical team members.
3. This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.
